Pakistan is fortunate that the PTI government has opposed the most incompetent persons in control.
This incompetence can be judged simply by the failures of the PMLN on all counts.

The losses in parliament assemblies, and in Punjab which should have been their bedrock, has its officialdom controlled by Islamabad - as always obeying the diktat of the centre.
This is to be expected as the purse strings are controlled by the centre in spite of the 18th amendment.
Sind has a sister - brother form. The finances of Sind are pocketed directly by the Zardaris into Zardari pockets.

That accounts for the miserable and shabby state of Sind. The schools are a disgrace. The universities are a success because they are independent of provincial control. Zardari’s prime target is the control of the funds at source.
Command and execution are easier for the bypassing of scruples which makes the task of milking the funds easier.

Imran Khan is handicapped by his adherence to principles and ethics. This handicaps Imran Khan while giving enormous advantages to Zardari.

While one would not wish Imran Khan to stray from his path of honesty, it is sad that his straightforwardness is such a handicap.

More so when the corrupt Zardari element continues milking the Sind coffers unabashedly and with success or at the cost of the poor people of Sind.
It may be better for Imran Khan to call for a new mandate.

The Pakistani is well aware of the pitfalls in Imran’s path, and an election is the only way to get rid of the looters.

The voting public will not allow continuation of the same. The courts have proved unable to curb the corruption.
The only way is through a quick election or a series of elections.
While each new government sentences the criminals, it’s easier when they do not have the protection of the assemblies.
This will entail a huge risk for Imran, but he is well aware of the enormous risk.
This is the best way to call upon the people of Pakistan to reject corruption as a way of life.

The future can only be ensured by the removal of the corrupt elements. With the corrupt in place Pakistan has no future.
