Satan was created by Almighty Allah. but was made subservient to man. For man was God’s special creation. However the powers of Satan were made subservient to the powers of man. This is manifest in the achievements by rulers who seem to exercise special powers that give the ability to achieve objectives that are humanly possible. The rising of Zardari from the cinema ticket seller to eventually becoming the President of Pakistan via an arranged marriage to BB committing murders along the way ( 5 admitted by him including of one of his wife )

Murder is the most serious crime as it entails the taking of a human life. One of God’s creation. To escape punishment for this crime is indeed a shocking act in itself. Zardari openly brags about this. Imran Khan has come up the hard way after 23 years of creating a party and fighting all its detractors till he emerged as Prime Minister of Pakistan. This position came with a cabinet which seems to preclude punishment of Zardari and Nawaz by the formidable powers exercised by the judiciary and allowing Zardari and Nawaz to remain free. Nawaz was allowed to leave Pakistan while still serving a seven year jail sentence. This was manipulation of the higher judiciary of Pakistan. Inexplicable in judicial logic or precedence which makes it even more surprising.

( Over 1.8 million cases pending ) it is a remarkable show of bias when the Shareefs are given the same day hearing and ruling within an hour of the filing of their petition. This bias goes beyond monetary benefit. It shows a direct link with the PMLN and judicial control. Imran Khan should only concentrate in severing the link between the Sharifs and the superior courts. The destiny of 200 million people is at stake and it appears that the constitution itself is in the favour of the Sharifs. It also demonstrates rising to power and retaining political control through careful and successful manipulation of money and politics.

Evil and good behaviour is not a factor in the politics of Pakistan. Murderers are allowed latitude greater than that allowed to pick pockets and bicycle thief’s. While prisoners serving 7 year sentences are allowed to abscond from jail sentences to a life of luxury in London’s Park Lane. Similarly Zardari with many murders under his belt is enjoying a luxurious life in a meticulously built Bilawal House courtesy Malik Riaz and Bahria town. Some people enjoy luck beyond their due and appear to have blessings afforded to no one less deserving. It seems the Almighty allowed Zardari a special place. What is not understandable is using this privilege position to commit more crimes by depriving more Sindhis of their rights and making them poorer. The only answer left to the people is to shed this fig leaf of democracy and attack Bilawal House and impose their own justice directly.

The criminal code of Pakistan has shown its failure and the government of Imran Khan has shown that its not capable of implementing the laws of Pakistan under the present judiciary. Imran Khan should enlist the judicial branch of the military which is still under the army act. This can be done by a simple request for the army to provide assistance to the legally elected Prime Minister of Pakistan in carrying out his duties which include the dispensing of justice. This should be his single priority and could solve the problems of Pakistan. The assemblies could formally endorse this action making it politically acceptable across the board.
