The request has been made to Pakistan, and has been firmly rejected. While the US considers its options, including using Zardari and Nawaz for another term at being the US instruments to do the US bidding while China and Russia look on, in anticipation of yet another American bungle. Imran Khan's internal problems many of which are aimed at preventing his government from success of any kind. The US must understand that Imran Khan is not a mindless leader, but one who has come up after struggle. The people of Pakistan are well aware of the game being played out and the dangers, but are secure in the knowledge that their present leader will not sell them short. Imran Khan is famous for the large “Not for Sale” sign atop his halo. The world is not aware of the fact that we have living amongst us 2.8 million Afghan refugees. Living in Pakistan, sharing our space, and meagre resources making life for the Pakistanis more difficult.

Do we Pakistanis need more lessons in sharing? This can be considered the biggest sleeper cells in the world aka the Afghan time bomb. For the US to create the specter of an Afghan uprising in that huge number that are spread throughout our population gives Imran a cause to worry. We Pakistanis are well aware of the new threat that would be raised if Pakistani bases were to be used. We are a peaceful country and we do not need an Afghan war to assuage the American war lust. For the Pentagon to request USA bases in Afghanistan while we wrestle with the Afghan time bomb within us ticking within airshot. While the Pentagon planners scheme away at a safe distance of twenty thousand miles. It is now imperative for Imran Khan to take action against Nawaz and Zardari before they instigate troubles within Pakistan to pressurise Imran who may not succumb to their pressure, but is someone we cannot afford to lose.

It is Zardari and Sharif that must be destroyed because the dangers facing Pakistan are much greater and these two are unnecessary burdens. The danger they present is unnecessary and unwelcome, this must be finished at the earliest. The danger multiplies by their presence. This must be finished at the earliest. We must realize that Sharif and Zardari both have no affection for Pakistan. They are interested in how much they can make. The condition of Sindh and Punjab are a grim reminder of their true agenda.
