Imran Khan should take this opportunity to address some of the main issues that are facing Pakistan.
The most important issue is regarding the circular debt which every six months is announced at 35 billion rupees. We can never clear this debt, every 6 months it is back again.

This was a clever move by the Americans and the IPPs. The Americans would not settle for anything less than a sovereign guarantee.

Now is the time for the Pakistani government to realise that this was an elaborate scam with the Americans becoming part of the corruption of Pakistan.

These power companies have been repaid the entire amount of the principal and Interest many times over. Like Shylock in the Merchant of Venice he should be told that this will lead to the death of Pakistan and murder charges should apply to the Shylocks.
