It seems that there are different directions being taken by some government agencies for instance the J.I.T report on the Uzair Baluch confessions.
Uzair Baluch was a notorious gangster from Lyari who was a powerful protected member of the PPP in a cabal. He has disclosed in his confessional statement that he personally murdered 187 persons on the instructions of Asif Zardari.
This statement and other horrific details are included in the J.I.T report signed by senior members of the Army, ISI, IB and others. After being blocked by the courts, this report was made public on the floor of Pakistan’s National Assembly where the shocking details were revealed. Showing, how the Sindh government being run by a mixture of Asif Zardari and the MQM created a criminal state where “Bhatta” and murder were used as revenue for Asif Zardari and his sister.
Uzair Baluch gives graphic details in this report. This was read to the National Assembly to the shock of many.
Surprisingly the very next day the Sindh government under the control of the PPP issued its own J.I.T report in which there was no mention of Asif Zardari and his sister.
This begs the question, can there be two J.I.T reports ? One, a horror story filled with tales of murder, bribery and extortion ordered by and benefitted by Asif Zardari himself. Yet the Sindh government and the complete control of Zardari has another J.I.T report with a freshly laundered look with no criminal actions at all and no mention of Zardari or his sister.
Can there be such a huge difference between the Federal report and that of the Sindh government ?
It is famously said that Zardari was a petty crook who married well and went on to create a criminal empire but he remained a petty crook at heart. He manages to rule Sindh with an iron fist, even the J.I.Ts are controlled by him and the pilots’ and flight engineering licenses were doled out by his brother in law at a price with no respect to the damage caused to Pakistan and PIA.
His manipulation of the political power of his wife was consummate and included the killing of Murtaza Bhutto, the brother of the sitting Prime Minister using the state machinery, 19 police officers were used.
This act has not been seen anywhere in the world, not even in deepest, darkest Africa. Needless to say Zardari was never prosecuted for this murder but obviously benefitted the most. It is now clear that the Army has brought the criminal actions of Zardari into the open.
This monstrous scale of criminality can only be covered under the anti terrorism act and this trial should be conducted by the military.
The substantial difference between the two reports is stating the obvious. Now the prosecution will have to be conducted by a military court, so serious are the crimes and the military tribunals are the only instruments that can be trusted.
For Pakistan to exist, these reports must now be brought to closure. These criminals and Pakistan cannot coexist. The Army must now play its constitutional role as all other avenues have been compromised.
The Sindh J.I.T is all too obvious. A separate inquiry into the Sindh laundering of the Uzair Baluch J.I.T should be undertaken. The culprits should be punished and banned from politics forever.
General Saheb, you have sworn to protect Pakistan from any enemy. General Saheb, the enemy has been identified, your action is awaited. They cannot be allowed to get away.
General Saheb the Sindh government by submitting an edited JIT report has shown that it obeys the dictates of Zardari to the extent of “doctoring” an official military document. The province of Sindh is functioning as an independent body even manipulating the military documents.
General Saheb, this is a direct challenge to the military order and thus liable to action under army act. The politicians have shown the extent of their criminality over the last 30 years. Pakistan and the politicians cannot now coexist.
To save Pakistan the Pakistan Army must now take action to protect its own integrity. This JIT report is a good beginning and can only be successful if conducted independent of any political interference. The Army is not biased to the PML-N or Zardari.
The dangerous attempts at manipulation of the JIT should be considered as a move to manipulate the Army. The Army is not to be used as a political weapon and certainly not of criminal intent.
Imran’s intent and that of the army are quite clear. These obstacles being created to hinder the functioning of the government should be stopped by the army moving alongside Imran Khan. The intent of the army and Imran Khan cannot be doubted and has the support of the people.
The Sindh government has also managed to block the prosecution of the Baldia town massacre of 248 people burnt to death by locking them in a factory, then set on fire by a group of extortionists demanding 20 crore from the factory owners.
Though this money was paid, the factory was burnt with the victims screaming for help and the Sindh police watched.
Democracy stands violated and criminality rules ! The Army must now protect its JIT and the State of Pakistan.
